Oliver graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a BA (hons) in International Relations & Politics. During university, Oliver was involved in the University Royal Naval Unit and was the Senior Midshipman (senior student) for a year which peaked his interests in military, security and geopolitics as well as getting to meet and talk to people involved in that world.
