As part of our continued growth, we now have an opening for a part-time account manager who will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
As our Account Manager, you will manage and maintain relationships with our existing portfolio of clients. These clients come from a variety of different professions and sectors, and the work we do with them can sometimes be related to crises in their organisation, therefore it is key for you to be a good communicator, confident and ideally with experience of dealing with key business stakeholders. The role will involve onboarding new clients, ensuring they are getting the most out of the platform. You will also be providing help and technical support, as well as identifying potential opportunities for both upselling and cross selling. You will be accountable for portfolio growth, client retention and product adoption.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience of account management, preferably working within a SaaS company. They will be a good communicator and problem solver, with excellent client facing skills. Confident in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, customer-centric customer service. Experience in working with Hubspot would also be an advantage.
Part-time, Permanent. The account manager is currently required on 20 hour week basis, with the potential to grow into a full time role. We envisage the role being Monday to Friday, 10.00am - 3.00pm, however, we can be flexible on this.
Very competitive and will vary based on experience.
